清毒胶囊配合外用药治疗HIV感染者合并痒疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清毒胶囊配合外用药治疗HIV感染者合并痒疹的临床疗效。方法采用清毒胶囊配合外用氟替卡松乳膏治疗56例HIV感染合并痒疹患者,疗程1个月,观察指标包括:皮损严重程度评分、皮疹面积评分、瘙痒程度评分、总有效率、皮肤生活质量及生存质量。结果治疗后,患者皮损严重程度、皮疹面积、瘙痒程度及皮肤生活质量评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);生存质量中的生理评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论清毒胶囊配合外用氟替卡松乳膏可显著改善HIV感染者相关性痒疹的症状、体征,提高了感染者的皮肤生活质量及生存质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qingdu capsule combined with drugs for exterior use for the treatment of HIV-infected patients with pruritic papular eruptian（PPE）. Methods Fifty-six HIV-infected patients with PPE were treated with Qingdu capsule combined with fluticasone propionate cream for one month. An observation on prurigo severity score, pmrigo area score, pruritus severity score, total effective rate,skin quality and quality of life（QOL） was conducted among patients. Results After treatment,the scores of prurigo severity, prurigo area,pruritus severity and skin quality decreased significantly,but the physiological score of QOL increased significantly in contrast with those before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Qingdu capsule combined with fluticasone propionate cream might significantly improve the symptoms and signs of HIV-infected patients with PPE as well as improve their skin quality and QOL.
