摘 要:既有建筑改造是城市化进程中不可规避的新问题,"共生理论"为这一问题的解答提供了全面坚实的基础。该文首先明确了"共生理论"在生物界和建筑界应用中的相似和不同之处,并转译该理论形成新旧建筑角色定位和既有建筑改造的方法论,最后应用转译后的理论阐释了黑河城市规划体验展示馆的设计策略和步骤,包括确定关键共生因子,建立共生界面;确定新旧建筑的职能分工,共同进化;新旧建筑的质参量兼容,象参量统一。通过理论研究及其实践应用以期对其他既有建筑改扩建项目提供借鉴。Reconstruction of existing building is an inevitable problem in the process of urbanization. And the Symbiosis Theory provides a comprehensive theoretical foundation to solve the item. In this paper, we claim the similarities and differences of the application in both biology field and architectural field. Meanwhile, we translate the theory to the role orientation of new and old buildings and methodology of existing building reconstruction. Finally the translated theory is used to interpret some strategies and procedures for the Heihe urban planning and experiencing exhibition hall, which includes determining the key symbiosis factors, constructing the symbiosis interface; determining the functional division of new and old buildings and evolving together; being compatible in quality parameter and unified in image parameter between the new and old buildings. Through the theory research and practice application, we look forward to provide reference for other reconstruction projects for the existing buildings.
