摘　　要：目的了解鄂东地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染的年龄分布、增长趋势等流行学规律。方法统计2010—2013年8297例检测人份的年龄、性别资料，记录其检测结果并通过统计学分析规律。结果8297例资料中总阳性率56．40％，男女阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=154．624）；2010年阳性率50．23％，2011年阳性率50．61％，2012年阳性率63．02％和2013年阳性率59．18％；20～30岁、30—40岁、40—50岁三年龄段阳性例数持续上升，在四年间阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=16．276～55．609）；男性四年阳阴性比率持续升高，20～30岁男性四年阳阴性比率持续升高；30～40岁阳性例数2013年较2012年差异无统计学意义。结论鄂东地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染总检测例数、总阳性例数及总的检测阳性阴性比率呈持续上升趋势；节假日阳性率比平时高。Objective To understand the age distribution and the growing trend of urogenital tract mycoplasma infection in the eastern Hubei Province. Methods We described the age and gender information of 8297 cases from 2010 to 2013. The results were analyzed by statistical analysis. Results The overall positive rate was 56.40%. There was a statistically significant difference of positive rates between the male and female （χ^2=154.624）. The positive rate of 2010 was 50.23%, while those of 2011, 2012 and 2013 were 50.61%, 63.02% and 59.18%, respectively. The positive cases of group aged 20 to 30, 30 to 40, and 40 to 50 were increasing. There were statistically significant differences in the positive rate between the four years （χ^2=16.276～55.609）. The positive to negative ratio of males was rising during the four years, and the positive to negative ratio of males aged 20 to 30 was rising during the four years. There was no statistical significance difference of positive cases between the groups aged 30 to 40 in 2012 and in 2013. Conclusion The total number of inspection cases of urogenital mycoplasma infection, the total number of positive cases and the total positive to negative ratio continue rising in the eastern Hubei Province. The positive rate in holidays is higher than that in workday.
