摘  要:目的探讨延边大学医院临床分离的对亚胺培耐药的不动杆菌耐药性、同源性和碳青霉烯酶基因型及分布特点,以了解多耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的流行趋势。方法选择139株碳青霉烯酶耐药的和32株碳青霉烯酶敏感的不动杆菌进行进行多重PCR,对产bla OXA-51基因菌株151株分三群,1群(ISAba1阴性、bla OXA-51阳性)51菌株,II群(ISAba1阳性、bla OXA-51阳性)75菌株,III群(.ISAba1、bla OXA-51、OXA-23同时阳性)25菌株进行药物敏感试验。结论 I群、II群、II群亚胺培南、美罗培南耐药率分别为75%、99%、100%,携带ISAba1基因的II群和III群比无携带ISAba1基因I群亚胺培南耐药率分别增高74%、75%。Objectives To explore the homology and genotypes of carbapenems and their distribution feature of imipenem resistance of Acinetobacter from clinical separation in Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University, to understand the trend of drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods We selected 139 carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter and 32 carbapenem sensitive Acinetobacter for multiplex PCR, and the 151 strains producing blaOXA-51 gene strain were divided into three groups, the first group with 51 strains (ISAbal negative, blaOXA-51 positive), the second group with 75 strains (ISAbal positive, blaOXA-51 positive), the third group with 25 strains (ISAbal positive, blaOXA-51 positive and OXA-23 positive). They were tested by drug susceptibility testing. Conclusions The imipenem and meropenem resistance rates in the first group, second group and third group are 75%, 99% and 100%, respectively. Imipenem resistance rates of the second group and third group with ISAbal gene increase 74% and 75% than first group without ISAbal gene, respectively.
