调肝肃肺汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察调肝肃肺汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:将60例CVA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予调肝肃肺汤治疗,对照组给予舒利迭治疗,疗程为8周。观察并比较两组患者的中医证候疗效、咳嗽症状积分及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数的变化。结果:治疗组中医证候疗效的总有效率为89.66%,对照组为78.57%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的咳嗽症状积分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的外周血EOS计数较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),但两组间外周血EOS计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:调肝肃肺汤治疗CVA能有效缓解患者的临床症状,降低其外周血EOS计数。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of “Tiaogan Sufei Decoction” in the treatment of cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods： Sixty patients with CVA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Tiaogan Sufei Decoction, and the patients in the control group were treated with Seretlde, with the course of g weeks. The clinical effect of Chinese symptoms, cough symptom scores, and the eosinophits （EOS） count in peripheral blood were observed. Results： The total effective rates of Chinese symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were 89.66% and 78.57% respectively, and the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the cough symptom scores in both groups were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the EOS counts of both groups were obviously reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups on the EOS counts （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： “Tiaogan Sufei Decoction” can alleviate the clinical symptoms and decrease the EOS counts in the treatment of CVA.
