铁箍散乳膏的抑菌效应及其对大鼠皮肤疮疡的愈合作用

摘　　要：目的:研究铁箍散乳膏的抑菌效应及其对大鼠皮肤疮疡的愈合作用;方法:采用体外实验测定该散三味药材提取液及提取液混合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和溶血性链球菌菌株生长的抑制作用;采用在皮肤缺损部位皮下注射金黄色葡萄球菌建立大鼠皮肤疮疡模型,分为正常对照组、模型对照组、安慰剂对照组、阳性对照组和试验组,并给予相应的处理7 d,观察各组创面愈合情况、创面分泌物溶菌酶含量和血清IL-2含量。结果:铁箍散混合液对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和溶血性链球菌具有显著的抑制作用。阳性对照组和试验组大鼠创面愈合积分小于模型对照组和安慰剂对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),前两组创面分泌物中溶菌酶含量高于后两组(P<0.01),前两组血清IL-2含量低于后两组(P<0.01);阳性对照组和试验组之间上述各观察项目无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:铁箍散乳膏具有良好抑菌作用,且能促进创面愈合、提高机体免疫力和抗感染能力。Objective ：To investigate the bacteriostatic activity and healing effect of ＂Tiangusan Ointment＂ on skin ulcer in rats. Methods： In vitro experiments using AGAR disk diffusion method to determine it＇ s inhibitory effect of three herbs extract and its mixture on staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and hemolytic streptococcus. Staphylococcus aureus was subcutaneously injected in skin defect area to establish the models. The models were divided into the normal control group, model control group, placebo control group, positive control group and experimental group for 7 days. The wound healing, lysozyme content in wound secretion, and IL-2 content in the serum were observed in each group. Results： Mixture of ＂Tiangusan Ointment＂ had significant inhibitory effects on staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and hemolytic streptococcus. The scores of wound healing in the positive control group and experimental g^vup were lower than that of the model control group and placebo control group （P 〈 0.05, P 〈0.01 ） ; the lysozyme content in wound secretion of the fbrmer two groups were higher than that of the later two groups （P 〈 0.01 ） ; IL-2 content in the serum of the former two groups were lower than that of the later two groups （P 〈 0.01 ） ; No significant difference was found in the above indicators between the positive control group and experimental group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： ＂Tiangusan Ointment＂ has positive bacteriostasis. It is effective to promote the wound healing, enhance the immunity and resist to infection.
