药物局部注射治疗妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对妇产科腹部手术后患者切口出现脂肪液化进行治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法选取妇产科腹部手术发生切口脂肪液化的52例患者,随机分为2组,试验组(n=29)给予切口局部注射维生素B12、地塞米松磷酸钠、盐酸利多卡因、硫酸庆大霉素混合液治疗;对照组(n=23)给予切口特定电磁波治疗仪(specific electromagnetic wave therapy instrument,TDP)照射治疗,对2组患者的治疗情况进行观察分析比较。结果 2组患者伤口均痊愈出院,出院后并无其他并发症。试验组治疗效果显著优于对照组,试验组治疗时间及切口在术后愈合的时间均显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切口局部注射维生素B12、地塞米松磷酸钠、盐酸利多卡因、硫酸庆大霉素混合液是治疗腹部手术切口脂肪液化的一种简单而有效的方法,可加快切口愈合,缩短住院时间,减轻患者痛苦及降低治疗费用,值得临床推广应用。Objective Of incisional fat liquefaction occurs after Gynecologic abdominal surgery patients discuss the clinical effects of the treatment. Methods To selected obstetrics and Gynecology abdominal surgery occurred incision fat liquefied of 52 cases patients, random is divided into 2 group, pne group （n=29） gives incision local injection vitamin B12, and to plug dexamethasone sodium, and hydrochloride lidocaine, and sulfuric acid gentamicin mixed liquid treatment; control group （n=23） gives incision specific electromagnetic waves treatment instrument （TDP） irradiation treatment, on 2 group patients of treatment situation for observation analysis compared. Results Wounds of 2 groups of patients were cured, and no other complications after discharge from hospital. Group treatment significantly better than the control group, group therapy and healing of incision in postoperative time was significantly less than the control group, there were significant differences （P〈0,05）. Conclusion Incision of local injection of vitamin B12, dexamethasone, lidocaine hydrochloride, gentamycin sulfate mixed solution is the treatment of fat liquefaction of abdominal operative incision was a simple and effective way to accelerate wound healing, shorter hospital stay, relieve pain and reduce the cost of treatment, it is worth spreading.
