糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白治疗妊娠合并ITP的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白治疗妊娠合并特发性血小板减少性紫癜(Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)的临床疗效。方法选择60例妊娠合并ITP患者作为本次研究的对象,根据治疗方法的不同平均分为试验组和对照组(n=30)。给予对照组患者常规临床治疗,在对照组治疗的基础上,给予试验组患者糖皮质激素与丙种球蛋白的联合治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效与血小板。结果试验组总有效率(100%)显著高于对照组(80%),试验组血小板计数上升时间(1.5±0.7)h显著少于对照组患者(4.9±1.3)h,试验组患者的血小板恢复正常时间(4.3±2.0)h显著优于对照组患者(13.2±2.5)h,2组间以上数据的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白治疗妊娠合并ITP的临床疗效显著,值得临床应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of gestation and Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Methods 60 patients with gestation and ITP were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to different treatment, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Methods. The experimental group was given glucocorticoid and gamma globulin based on the control group. The clinical efficacy and platelet of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group （100%） was significantly higher than control group （80%）. The increasing time and recovery time of blood platelet of experimental group [（1.5±0.7）,（4.3±2.0）]h were significantly better than control group [（4.9±1.3）,（13.2±2.5）]h. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of gestation combined with ITP, applying glucocorticoid combined with gamma globulin has obvious efficacy, with less adverse reactions, which worthy of being promoted and applied in clinic.
