急性心肌梗死患者重症护理的方法及效果

摘　　要：目的探究急性心肌梗死患者重症护理方法和效果。方法选择2010年12月至2012年12月在该院接受治疗的130例急性心肌梗死重症患者,将其随机分成对照组和观察组各65例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理干预,对比2种护理方法的效果。结果护理后,两组患者焦虑评分均降低,但观察组焦虑改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者遵医嘱行为、依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度[80.0%(52/65)]明显高于对照组[96.9%(63/65)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间[(4.4±2.6)d]、并发症发生率[1.5%(1/65)]均优于对照组[(8.4±2.5)d、10.8%(7/65)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死重症患者中实施护理干预,有利于提高患者的依从性,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the intensive nursing method and effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 130 patients with acute myocardial infarction received by this hospital from December 2010 to December2012 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,65 of each group. The control group was given regular nursing care while the observation group with intensive nursing intervention. The effect of 2 nursing methods were com-pared. Results After nursing,the anxiety scores were decreased by both groups,and the observation group was obviously superior than the control group in anxienty improvement degree. The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The behavior of following the doctors＇ advice and compliance in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,whose difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree[80.0%（52/65）] in the observation group was higher than that of the control group [96.9%（63/65）],the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The hospitalization time[（4.4±2.6）d],occurrence rate of complications[1.5%（1/65）] in the observation group were more excellent than those of the control group[（8.4±2.5）d,10.8%（7/65）],and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention in patients with severe acute myocardial infarction is beneficial to improve the compliance of patients and the patient ′s quality of life,being worthy of promotion.
