癌症患者家属的健康状况及心理干预调查

摘　　要：目的探讨癌症患者家属的健康状况及心理干预效果。方法通过对2013年9-11月福建省16家三级甲等综合医院的220名癌症患者家属进行问卷调查,并对其中208名癌症患者家属实施心理干预,总结调查结果。结果当得知患者患癌症时,97.7%（215/220）患者家属的健康状况很不好,表现食欲不振、夜不能寐、焦虑、紧张等。94.5%（208/220）的患者家属有心理干预需要,由医生和护士根据家属的需要实施心理干预;1个月后重测,81.4%（179/220）患者家属在身心上的不良反应减轻,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论癌症患者家属的健康状况不容乐观,对癌症患者家属实施心理干预后,可减轻家属的心理压力,降低护患纠纷发生率,使其保持良好的健康状况,并能以最佳状态照顾患者的饮食起居,最大限度地发挥家庭的支持功能,有利于患者积极配合治疗,减轻患者不良情绪,减少危险因素发生。Objective To approach the effects of health status and psychological intervention of the cancer patients＇ families. Methods A survey on 220 cancer patients′ relatives in 16 grade-A class-3 comprehensive hospitals from September2013 to November 2013 was conducted by questionnaire,in which,208 relateives were accepted psychological counseling. The results were summarized. Results When the patients heard that their loved ones had suffered from cancer,97.7%（215/220）family members was poor in physical condition including loss of appetite,sleepless nights,anxiety,tension and so on. 94.5%（208/220） family members required psychological intervention,which was carried out by by doctors and nurses according to their conditions. One month later,it was found out that 81.4%（179/220） family members′ symptoms were improved. Compared to the con ditions before the intervention,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health status of the cancer patients′ families is unoptimistic. The psychological intervention can reduce psychological pressure of the cancer patients ′ families and decline the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,keeping them in good physical and mental status and making them take care of the patients′ daily diet mentality with the best mental status and make the patients get maximum support from their families and which is benefial to patients to accept the treatment positively,relieving the patient′s bad moods and decrease risk factors.
