摘　　要：简述了东营市海科瑞林化工有限公司在轻石脑油冷凝工艺中应用新型螺旋缠绕管式换热器的节能效果,分析了螺旋缠绕管式换热器的结构特点和工艺性能。从现场的应用工况看,螺旋缠绕管式换热器在节能降耗方面存在很大的优势,具有广阔的应用前景。It briefly described the effect of energy saving of the screw tube heat exchanger which was used in condensation process of light naphtha in Dongying Haike Ruilin Chemical Co. Ltd,and analyzed structural features and processing property of the screw tube heat exchanger. Looking from the site application conditions,it showed that screw tube heat exchanger had a big advantage in saving energy and a broad application prospect.
