摘　　要：本文根据电子档案管理面临的业务技术需求以及时间戳技术的原理和应用现状,分析了时间戳技术在电子档案管理中的适用性与可行性,并提出在电子档案管理领域应用时间戳的几点建议。Based on business and technical requirements faced by electronic archives management and the theory and the application status of time-stamp technology, this article analyzes the applicability and feasibility of times-tamp in electronic archives management, and gives advice of applying time-stamp in electronic archives management field.
