摘　　要：本文运用相关利益者理论,从界定城建档案工作相关利益者入手,通过相关利益者诉求分析,提出城建档案工作相关利益实现途径,以期实现城建档案工作社会利益最大化。This article uses the Stakeholders Theory to define the stakeholders in urban construction archives administration, and analyzes the appeal of the stakeholders to come up with the realization approach of the benefit in urban construction archives administration, to ensure the social benefit maximization.
