摘　　要：总结王常绮治疗内科杂症的临床经验与用药特色。以滋阴养血、活络柔筋法治疗晨僵;开膈化痰法治疗反流性食管炎;补益心气、益气敛汗法治疗汗证;清热解毒、凉血活血法治疗痤疮;滋肾软坚、滋阴降火法治疗强中;清热利胆、行气破气、活血通络法治疗胆结石;当归六黄汤治疗便秘;回阳救逆、益气温阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭。This paper summarizes Prof. Wang Changqi＇s clinical experience in treating miscellaneous diseases. It views that morning stiffness can be treated by nourishing yin and blood,activating collaterals and softening tendons; reflux esophagitis can be treated by opening diaphragm and eliminating phlegm; hidrosis can be treated by nourishing heart qi and tonifying to constrain sweat; acne can be treated by clearing heat-toxicity,cooling blood to activity blood circulation;persistent erection of penis can be treated by nourishing kidney and softening hardness,nourishing yin to reduce fire; cholelithiasis can be treated by clearing heat to drain gallbladder,promoting qi and activating blood and collaterals; constipation can be treated by＂Danggui Liuhuang Decoction＂; chronic heart failure can be treated by restoring yang and rescuing patient from collapse,and replenishing qi and warming yang methods.
