耳压结合体穴低频电刺激预防混合痔术后尿潴留80例

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴贴压结合体穴低频电刺激预防环状混合痔切除术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法选取240例腰麻下行环状混合痔切除术患者,随机分为试验组、对照组、空白组,分别予耳压结合体穴低频电刺激、耳压、不干预等处理。观察各组术后尿潴留发生率、术后首次排尿时间、术后排尿情况及其相关症状情况。结果 1试验组尿潴留发生率为2.5%,明显低于空白组(26.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2试验组首次排尿时间明显短于空白组和对照组(P<0.05);3试验组排尿情况积分、小腹症状积分均低于对照组和空白组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);4试验组术后8 h疼痛VAS积分低于空白组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论耳压结合体穴低频电刺激可降低环状混合痔术后尿潴留的发生率,改善临床症状和减轻疼痛。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular acupuncture and low frequency electric acupuncture in preventing urine retention following postoperative mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Two hundred and forty subjects underwent haemorrhoidectomy were randomized into experimental group,control group and blank group,and respectively treated with auricular acupuncture and electric acupuncture,auricular acupuncture,and does not take any intervention. The occurrence rate of urine retention,first time urination after operation,urination after operation and related symptoms were observed of the three groups. Results1 The occurrence rate of urine retention was 2. 5% in the experimental group,was lower than that of the blank group（ 26. 25%）,with significant difference between them（ P 〈0. 01）. 2 The first time urination after operation was shorter than that of the blank group and control group（ P 〈0. 05）. 3 Scores of urination and scores of symptoms in lower abdomen of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group and blank group significantly（ P 〈0. 05）. 4 VAS of 8h after surgery in the experimental group was lower than that of the blank group,with significant difference between them（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combined auricular acupuncture and low frequency electric acupuncture can reduce the occurrence rate of urine retention in postoperative mixed hemorrhoids,improve the clinical symptoms and relieve pain.
