摘 要:在许多大功率交流传动领域,由于开关损耗较大,功率半导体器件的开关频率不能过高,通常在1 kH z以下,逆变器工作在较低的载频比下,因此对逆变器相电流谐波抑制就变得十分紧迫。为达到相电流谐波最优化的目的,需要依靠一定的数学约束条件对调制波形进行精确控制,因此可编程优化调制策略得到广泛应用。其中将谐波电流最小作为约束条件的优化脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)是一种非常具有吸引力的解决方案。该文以谐波抑制能力较弱的两电平三相三桥臂电压型逆变器为研究对象,给出使得输出电流谐波最小的优化脉宽调制较为精确的约束条件,并且完成全调制范围、多种波形发生条件下的优化函数多解的比较,并最终给出最优的优化开关角组合。比较该调制技术与其他传统的脉宽调制技术在谐波抑制能力方面的性能,并经过仿真与实验进行验证。On high-capacity AC drives, one major concern is the switching loss of the power semiconductor devices, so the switching frequency is limited under a certain level, typically below 1 kHz. In that case suppressing the harmonics in the phase current of the inverter plays an important role when it is working under the condition of a low carrier- frequency ratio. In order to optimize the harmonics in the phase current, the modulation waveform needs to be accurately controlled when the three-phase three-leg VSI is working with a low carrier-frequency ratio. Therefore, the Programmed Optimized Modulation Strategies are proposed. Incorporated with the constraints of minimizing the harmonic current, the optimized PWM output is derived mathematically through controlling every individual switching timing accurately. This approach benefits the harmonics suppression more than the conventional method of carrier modulating, this paper took the two-level three-phase three-leg VSI suffering from stronger harmonics than conventional AC drive applications as an example to implement the algorithm of the optimized harmonic current PWM with more accurate optimizing constraint condition than the one mentioned before. The comparison of the resulting current to the solution given by the conventional approach of modulation is presented, followed up with validation through simulations and experiments.
