摘  要:压电作动器具有响应快、输出力大等优点,已在超声电机、超声换能器等多个领域得到成功应用。对驱动器而言,压电作动器是一种时变非线性容性负载,为提高驱动器效率,需进行动态无功补偿。为此,该文提出了一种基于变压器的无源可控电抗器动态无功补偿的新方案。通过对变压器T型等效电路的端口等效阻抗方程分析可知,当变压器负载阻抗变化时,变压器的等效并联感抗会随之发生变化,从而实现变压器一次侧阻抗可调。从理论上分析了需补偿的容抗范围与可控电抗器参数之间的定量关系,并采用马达电位器作为变压器可调负载,用DSP2812作为控制器对所提出的可控电抗器动态补偿系统进行了实验验证。理论和实验结果证明了该方案的正确性。The piezoelectric actuator has the advantages of quick response and high output force. It has been successfully applied in many fields, such as ultrasonic motors and ultrasonic transducers. For the drive, the piezoelectric actuator is a time-varying, nonlinear and capacitive load. In order to improve the efficiency of the driver, dynamic reactive power compensation is needed. For this purpose, a novel scheme of a dynamic compensation system of passive controllable reactors based on transformers is proposed in this paper. According to the port equivalent impedance equations of the transformer's T-type equivalent circuit, the equivalent parallel inductance of the transformer will change when the load impedance alters. Therefore, the equivalent impedance of the primary winding of the transformer is adjustable. The quantitative relation between the compensated capacitance and parameters of the controllable reactor is analyzed theoretically in this paper. A motor potentiometer is used to be adjustable load of the transformer, and acontroller based on DSP2812 is used to verify the proposed dynamic compensation system of controllable reactors. The validity of the theory is proved by experiment results.
