补肾纳气汤对儿童哮喘缓解期血清IgE、IFN-γ、IL-4水平及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾纳气汤对儿童哮喘缓解期血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及肺功能的影响。方法将100例哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为两组,对照组患儿予吸入糖皮质激素治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上联合补肾纳气汤治疗,比较两组患儿血清IL-4、IFN-γ及Ig E水平及肺功能的变化。结果治疗3个月后,对照组患儿血清Ig E、IL-4及IFN-γ水平与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患儿治疗后血清IFN-γ水平明显升高,IgE、IL-4明显下降,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后两组患儿肺功能指标第1秒时间肺活量(FEV1)及呼气峰流速(PEF)均有显著提高,且观察组患儿与对照组比较,FEV1、PEF水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾纳气汤能够降低支气管哮喘患儿气道炎症因子水平,调整免疫异常,改善肺功能。Objective To investigate the impact of Bushennaqi soup on serum IgE, IFN-γ, IL-4 and lung function of children with asthma in remission. Methods One hundred children with asthma in remission were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by inhaled corticosteroids, and the observation group applied inhaled corticosteroids combined with Bushennaqi soup. The serum IL-4, IFN-γ, Ig E levels and lung function were compared between the two groups. Results Three months after treatment, IgE, IFN-γ, IL-4 in control group showed no significant difference with those before treatment（P〉0.05）, but those in the observation group showed statistically significant difference, with serum IFN-γ level significantly increased, Ig E and IL-4 significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. The lung function parameters of FEVl, PEF in both groups were significantly improved, and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushennaqi soup in the treatment of children with asthma in remission can reduce the airway inflammation, adjust the immune abnormalities and improve lung function.
