Present situation of authors record in contents list of journals of science and technology and its solutions

摘　　要：为了解科技期刊目次表中责任者项的著录现状,提高目次表的编校质量,对400本科技期刊进行了调查。以GB/T13417—2009《期刊目次表》为依据,对调查结果进行了分析。发现:符合标准规定列出了全部责任者的期刊,中文目次表占54.8%,英文目次表占48.8%;英文目次表中责任者的汉语拼音姓名标注正确的期刊仅占48.4%。这提示科技期刊编辑,认真学习、执行GB/T 13417—2009,做好对责任者项的正确著录,是自己义不容辞的责任。To investigate the situation of contents list in journals of science and technology,four hundred journals were reviewed. We found that,only 54. 8% Chinese contents list and 48. 8% English contents list in these journals were consistent with the rules of GB /T 13417—2009. According to the rules of GB / T 28039—2011,only 48. 4% journals with English contents list write authors name with correct Chinese phonetic alphabet. Contents list of journals of science and technology in China should be ruled and editors should actively study and use standards and rules to improve the quality of journals.
