摘　　要：结合《医学研究生学报》编辑部应用在线采编系统的经验和体会,介绍管理流程中审稿环节控制、工作质量保证等方面的做法,并提出进一步优化采编系统、提高管理效能的措施。The managerial experiences of the online editorial system in the editorial department of Journal of Medical Postgraduates are introduced in this article. Meanwhile, the management innovations in the process of reviewing and editing are explored,and suggestions for improvement are proposed.
