摘　　要：文中设计了一种基于UC3845的反激式充电器,可为柴油发电机组的蓄电池或汽车蓄电池充电。对反激式开关电路进行研究,提出了从变压器电感特性出发进行设计的方法。通过调整输出脉冲的宽度(PWM)来控制场效应开关管(MOSFET)的导通和截止时间,进而获得稳定的26.5V的输出电压,4A的输出电流。改变输出端检测电阻,使之输出13.8V,6.5A的电压电流,达到为两种不同铅酸蓄电池充电的目的。最后,通过实验验证了此开关电源的可靠性,并投入生产。A flyback charger based on UC3845 is designed in this paper, which can charge storage batteries of diesel generator and automobile. A design method in view of the transformer inductance characteristics is proposed by analyzing the modes of flyback circuit. In order to achieve stable 25.6 V and 4 A output, the on and off time of MOSFET switch is controlled through pulse width modulation （PWM）. Another 13.8 V and 6. 5 A output can also be obtained by changing the output terminal testing resistor so that the flyback converter could charge two different lead-acid batteries. Finally, a prototype is established to verify feasibility of the method and it is put into production successfully.
