摘  要:风电场和抽水蓄能电站联合运营具有较好的经济效益,文中研究了两者的利润分配问题。分析了风电场和抽水蓄能电站的建设成本、资金成本和运行维护成本;介绍了利润分配的原则和几种常用方法;最后通过实例仿真,得到不同分配方法下两者的获利。比较得知,Shapely值法在该利润分配中最合理,更能使两者维持长期良好的联合运营。确定的分配方案为:风电场得到总利润的89.48%,抽水蓄能电站获利占10.52%。Since joint operation of wind farm and pumped storage power station is proved economical, how to allocate profits between the two remains a problem and is studied in the article. Firstly, the construction cost, cost of funds and op- eration and maintenance cost of wind farm and pumped storage power station are analyzed respectively. Then, the principle and common methods of profit distribution are introduced. Finally, the profits of wind farm and pumped storage power sta-tion under different distribution methods are obtained by practical simulation, which indicates that Shapely value method is the most reasonable in maintaining long-term good joint operation. The final scheme is determined as wind farm and pumped storage power station accounting for 89. 5% and 10. 5% of the total profit respectively.
