摘　　要：断奶应激引起的肠道形态及结构的破坏,导致仔猪出现腹泻、生长停滞等现象,严重危害着仔猪健康。胰高血糖素样肽-2(GLP-2)是一种多肽类胃肠激素,在促进肠道生长及损伤修复中起重要作用。文章分别综述了胰高血糖素样肽-2的合成代谢、对仔猪肠道的保护作用及长效化应用,并对其在断奶仔猪上的应用作了展望。The injury of intestinal morphology and configuration induced by the weaning stress will cause diarrhea and growth cessation, which do harm to the health of piglets.Glucagon-like peptide-2 is an incretin gastrointestinal hormone, plays an important role in growth and restoration of intestines.This review summarized glucagon-like pep-tide-2 from anabolism, the therapeutic effects on intestinal injure of piglets and the half-time prolongation strategy. The purpose of this paper is to provide references for further application of glucagon-like peptide-2 in weaning pig-lets.
