摘 要:为提高回转式空气预热器的传热性能,降低其流动阻力,需要对其内部的传热元件进行板型的优化设计。利用计算流体力学软件fluent,对回转式空气预热器几种常用传热元件的传热与流动问题进行了三维数值模拟研究。对模拟数据进行分析,得到了不同传热元件的传热特性及阻力特性曲线,通过对具体模拟数据的对比分析发现:带波纹的传热元件的换热效果较由光板组成的传热元件好;随着板型当量直径的减小,单位体积的换热面积逐渐增大,传热元件的换热效果不断提升,流动阻力不断增大;同类型板型的几何参数对其传热特性及阻力特性有较大影响。模拟结果可为传热元件的选型优化以及回转式空气预热器的设计计算提供基础数据。In order to improve the heat transfer performance of rotary air preheater,to reduce the flow resistance,optimization design for the plate type of internal heat transfer elements is required. Three dimension numerical study on the heat transfer and fluid flow of the heat transfer elements of rotary air preheaters is performed by using the commercial CFD software package FLUENT. By analyzing the simulation data,the heat transfer characteristics and friction characteristics curve of the different heat transfer elements are obtained. At the same time,by comparing the variation regularity of the heat transfer characteristics and friction characteristics curves of the different heat transfer elements,the results show that heat transfer effect of heat transfer element with corrugation is better than heat transfer element composed of flat plate; with the decrease of equivalent diameter of the plate type,heat exchange area of unit volume is gradually increasing,heat transfer effect of heat transfer element is continuously rising,flow resistance is continuously increasing; the geometry parameters have great influence on the heat transfer characteristics and friction characteristics of the same type of heat transfer elements. It also provides the basis for the heat transfer elements optimized selection and the design of rotary air preheater.
