摘  要:为了给FRP-混凝土-钢管组合方柱的设计和施工提供参考,促进其在桥梁墩柱等腐蚀环境下的工程结构中应用,通过21根方柱的轴压试验,重点研究空心率、钢管径厚比和FRP约束特征值对FRP-混凝土-钢管组合方柱轴压性能的影响。基于极限平衡理论及FRP约束混凝土实心方柱的试验结果,对FRP-混凝土-钢管组合方柱进行受力分析,提出了其轴压承载力计算模型。结果表明:外层FRP管和内层钢管对FRP-混凝土-钢管组合方柱中的混凝土具有较大约束,其强度和延性均得到显著提高;其轴压性能与外层FRP约束程度和内层钢管径厚比密切相关;基于极限平衡理论提出的FRP-混凝土-钢管组合方柱极限承载力计算模型的计算过程简单,且计算值与试验结果吻合较好。In order to provide reference for the design and construction of FRP(fibre reinforced polymer)-concrete-steel tube composite square columns so as to promote their application in the engineering structures,such as bridge pier columns in corrosive environment,the effects of the void ratio,the diameter-to-thickness ratio of the inner steel tube and the confinement characteristic values of FRP tube outside the column on the axial compression behavior of FRPconcrete-steel tube composite square column were investigated through the experiments on 21 FRP confined concrete square columns in the paper.Based on the ultimate equilibrium theory and the test results of FRP-confined concrete solid square columns,the stress analysis for composite square columns was carried out and a computing model for bearing-capacity of FRP-concrete-steel tube composite square columns under axial compression was put forward.The results show that the concrete in the composite square column is effectively confined by the inner steel tube and outer FRP tube,the strength and ductility of the composite square column are significantly improved,and the axial compression behavior of FRP-concrete-steel tube composite squarecolumn is relevant to the confinement degree of FRP tube outside the column and the diameter-tothickness ratio of the inner steel tube.The computing process of bearing-capacity calculation model mentioned above is relatively simple and the calculated values by using this model are consistent with the experimental results.
