浅谈镇江市农产品物流系统的规划与设计

摘　　要：文章以镇江市为背景,通过阅读大量文献资料及实地调研,首先考察了镇江市的农业资源、地理位置、交通运输条件、物流基础设施建设情况等,对镇江市农产品物流系统建立的基本条件进行分析;接着,在上述分析的基础上从功能设计、结构规划、运作模式设计三个方面具体描述文章要建立的农产品物流系统。其中结构规划包括一级物流节点的数量及位置的确定、主营物流对象的确定、各个物流节点的关系协调等;运作模式设计包括系统参与主体介绍和利益分配机制、风险管理机制、信息管理机制等。Taking Zhenjiang as the background, through reading a large number of literature data and field survey. This paper examines the Zhenjiang agricultural resources, geographical location, transportation conditions and logistics infrastructure and so on. And we analyzes the basic conditions for establishing Zhenjiang agricultural products logistics system.Then, on the basis of above analysis and from three aspects：function design, structure planning, operation model design, we specific described the agricultural products logistics system that this paper bulid. Among them, structure planning includes the determination of the level of logistics node number and position, the main object of logistics, the logistics node relationship coordination, etc; operation pattern design includes introduction of system participation main body and interests distribution mechanism, risk management mechanism, the information management mechanism, etc.
