加强天津产地批发市场建设 提升农产品物流能力的对策分析

摘　　要：产地批发市场是天津批发市场体系的重要组成部分,对于促进都市现代农业发展,建设京津"菜篮子"供给区,推进农产品物流中心区建设具有重要意义。目前,产地批发市场还存在引导生产功能较弱、经营管理理念滞后、基础设施落后、信息化水平低等制约因素。应通过合理规划布局,完善市场体系;升级改造现有产地市场,提升综合服务功能;延伸产业链条打造优势产业;培育市场主体,提高入市的组织化程度;培育市场管理及农产品流通人才等措施加强产地市场建设,提升农产品物流服务能力。As an important component of wholesale market system of Tianjin, wholesale markets in the producing places play important roles in enhancing development of modem urban agriculture, establishing supplying districts of ＂vegetable baskets＂ for Beijing and Tianjin, and promoting the establishment of logistics centers of agricultural products. At present, concerning wholesale markets in the producing places, there exist such constraints as weak function in guiding producing, lagged management ideas, poor infrastructure, and low informatization. Hence, it is proposed to perfect market system by properly planning layout, to improve comprehensive service by upgrading and changing the current wholesale markets, to set up advantage industry by extending industry chain, to improve the organization degree by fostering market bodies, and to cultivate talents of market management and circulation.
