摘　　要：现代灭火救援复杂性和突发性需要消防战勤保障组织模式进行创新,构建供应链保障组织模式。消防战勤供应链保障组织模式通过信息共享和集成管理,克服了传统保障组织无法适应复杂多变和不确定性的救援保障需求问题,使整个保障环节实现"无缝对接",从而提高战勤保障对灭火救援保障需求的敏捷反应能力和整体保障效能。It is obligatory to innovate the organization model of the fire rescue＇ logistics and construct the supply chain organization by reason of complexity and outburst of the fire rescue. The supply chain organization of the fire rescue＇ logistics overcomes some problem that the traditional logistics organization cannot adapt its the intricacy and uncertainty requirement, and makes all logistics course integrity, thereby improving its response capacity and whole guarantee efficiency.
