摘 要:随着我国人民生活水平的提高,消费者对汽车舒适性、动力性等方面的追求,而主动更换车辆,导致汽车保有量的激增,进而未来每年将会产生大量的报废汽车,汽车报废之后能进行循环利用的材料主要是废金属、废热塑性塑料和轮胎等,其他材料(如涂料、胶粘剂、热固性塑料、玻璃等)多作为垃圾处理,总之报废汽车的综合利用率还很低。因此降低废弃物对环境的污染,如何使汽车行业尽可能地提高报废车辆的再利用率,是当前汽车工业所面临的重要课题,提出汽车逆向物流相应地发展对策显得尤为重要。With the improvement of people's living standards,consumers will replace their vehicles due to their pursuit of comfort and power performance. It must result in a sharp increase in the car ownership. Thus, in future we will have a lot of scrapped cars. When a car is scrapped, the only materials that can be recycled from it are the metals, tires and other thermoplastics while others, such as coatings, adhesives, thermosetting plastics and glass, will be discarded as wastes. So the comprehensive utilization rate of these vehicles is still quite low. So how to reduce the pollution of these materials to the environment, and how to make the automotive industries improve the recycling rate of these scrapped vehicles are very important issues for the automotive industries to jump to. Therefore, coming up with the responding countermeasures are so imperative at present.
