摘　　要：随着信息化时代的到来,智能卡作为信息化技术标志之一,在金融等方面的应用逐渐普及。智能卡操作系统不同于传统软件,它工作在嵌入式环境,具有硬件资源有限、工作环境不稳定等特点,所以其设计方法与传统方法有所不同。智能卡操作系统在投入使用之前,必须经过严格的测试,这是由嵌入式系统工作的特性决定的,因为当软件工作后出现漏洞时很难进行弥补。本文通过对智能卡下载机制的研究,改进设计以提高智能卡操作系统的下载速度,进而提高测试效率和缩短发卡时间。With the coming of information era, smart card as a sign of information technology is gradually popular in the financial aspects of theapplication. The operating system of smart card is different from traditional software, it works under the embedded environment, which has thecharacteristics of limited hardware resources and unstable working environment, so the design is different from the traditional method. Before prac-tical application, smart card operating system must go through rigorous testing, because the software is difficult to compensate once occurs ruiner-abilities. In this paper, based on the research of the smart card download mechanism, through refining the design of smart card operating systemincreases the download speed, and then improves testing efficiency and shorten the time of issuing.
