摘　　要：随着护理学的发展,护理管理模式也悄然发生变化;本文就护理操作中如何打破条条框框的束缚提出护理操作中负面清单的管理模式,并通过举例说明,意在拓宽护理管理的思路,横向联系,使护理管理的深度和广度得到进一步的加强。With the development of nursing,nursing management mode also changes. In this paper,a negative list management of nursing procedure was introduced,and some examples were illustrated,with which to broaden the idea of nursing management,strength the depth and breadth of nursing management further.
