救护艇海上卫勤保障效能的“五化”建设

摘　　要：目的探讨提高救护艇医疗队海上卫勤训练保障效能。方法阐述增强医院应急转化和对救护艇医疗队发挥支撑作用的医院"基地化"、改装渔船为救护艇为医疗队提供海上训练场所的"平台化"、开展与体系部队联保联训的训练"联合化"、探索利用民用资源建立海难救援机制的"军民融合化"、以海上可能出现实际案例加以研究和训练的"实案化"的"五化"建设,就进一步提高训练保障效能提出建议。结果 "五化"建设思路和方法基本符合海上保障的特点规律,应进一步改进。结论在"五化"建设基础上,改进训练装备、训练机制、训练方法,可提高海上卫勤训练保障效能。Objective To explore how to improve the effects of medical support of medical ambulance at sea. Methods The constructive methods were stated in five fields： The hospital was made as training base to play a supportive role on speed the transformation of medical team in emergency situations; the fishing boat was refitted into medical ambulance boat to afford training platform; a combining training was carried out with the concerned troops; the civilian resources were used to build civil- military integration guarantee mechanism; the practice cases at sea were studied and trained by medical ambulance. Also some advices on improving effects of training were given. Result The constructive methods in five fields accorded the characteristics and laws of medical support at sea but should be improved. Conclusions The effects of medical support at sea could be improved by improving training equipment,mechanism and method on the base of the constructive methods in five fields.
