摘　　要：日遗化武移动式销毁作业是一项政治性强、近似实战的非战争军事行动,属高危、高毒、高爆、高风险作业。现场应急医学救援是日遗化武销毁作业顺利实施的有力保证,本文从风险评估、组织指挥、救治流程、需要把握的关键环节等方面进行总结。The mobile destruction task of Japanese ACW is a strong political,approximate real political non- war military task with high risk,high toxicity,high explosive and high- risk task. Once the poison appears leakage or accidental detonation,the operators will have compound injury induced by chemical agent poisoning,which is dangerous for their lives. On- site emergency medical rescue is the powerful guarantee for the successful destruction task of Japanese ACW. The risk assessment,organization and command,treatment processes and the key aspects were summarized in the paper for reference.
