医疗突发事件网络新闻的舆情传播特征分析

摘　　要：网络新闻对舆情的发生与发展有重要作用,本文以"产妇羊水栓塞死亡事件"网络新闻为研究实例,将网络新闻及其跟帖作为研究对象,从网络新闻数量、网络新闻分布与来源,以及网络新闻内容与跟帖态度三个方面,对于突发医疗事件舆情传播规律分析,阐述网络新闻在舆情发生和发展中的作用,指出医疗事件网络新闻舆情特点,为医疗事件的网络舆情预警和引导提供参考。Network news plays an important role in the occurrence and development of the public opinion.Taking ＂Xiangtan maternal deaths＂events as the research example and Sina as research platform,the network news and comments as the research object,the communication features were described of network news and comments from the number of news from the network,network news distribution and source,network news content and comments attitude. The role of network news in public opinion and development was discussed; also the medical event network public opinion characteristics were introduced. The results of the study can provide references for early warning of medical event and leading of Internet public opinions.
