“大医精诚”医德文化对医务人员职业道德的启示

摘　　要：孙思邈是我国医德思想的创始人,他所倡导的"大医精诚"思想广为流传。本文阐述"大医精诚"中倡导的医术要精益求精、待患者要有仁爱之心的思想内涵,分析现代医务人员医德现状,指出医务人员要以仁爱之心、正确的价值观、以人为本的服务理念三个方面规范职业道德。SUN Simiao is the founder of Chinese medical ethics,the thought of the Master＇s Medical Ethics that he advocated is widely circulated. In this article,the connotation of this thought win described as perfecting the skill and of kindheartedness to the patients. The present situation of the medical ethics of doctors were analyzed,and then the measures to follow the master＇s medical ethics were discussed as to be of benevolence,insist on the right values and people- oriented service idea.
