摘  要:目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在胸心外科专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法在一期共30名胸心外科专科护士培训中,应用PBL联合CBL教学法进行冠心病、心脏瓣膜病、食管癌和肺癌这4种专科常见疾病外科治疗与护理的理论教学,采用传统教学法进行其他专科常见疾病外科治疗与护理内容的教学;自行设计调查问卷,调查比较学员对这两种教学法的评价。结果学员评价结果显示,PBL联合CBL教学法有助于密切联系授课内容与临床实践,提高学员对授课内容的了解程度,提高学员自我学习能力、信息获取能力和分析判断能力,增强学员的学习兴趣、学习参与度和学习成就感,增进团队合作、师生互动,营造良好的学习氛围,其教学效果优于传统教学法。结论 PBL联合CBL教学法在胸心外科专科护士培训中效果良好,值得推广。Objective The teaching effect was analyzed after implementing the PBL + CBL teaching method in cardiothoracic specialized nurse training. Methods In the course of 30 cardiothoracic specialized nurse training,PBL + CBL teaching method was applied in four diseases surgical treatment and nursing teaching( coronary heart disease,valvular heart disease,esophageal cancer and lung cancer),meanwhile traditional teaching method was applied in teaching of other cardiothoracic diseases. The effect of the two teaching methods was investigated by self- designed questionnaire. Results PBL + CBL teaching method was conducive to connect teaching contents with clinical practice closely,enhance students' understanding of the teaching,and improve students' ability of self learning,information acquisition and analytical judgment; it was also helpful to enhance students' learning interest,engagement and the sense of achievement,promote the interaction between teachers and students,create a good learning atmosphere. It was superior to the traditional teaching method. Conclusions The PBL + CBL teaching method is of good effect in the cardiothoracic specialized nurse training,and worthy to be popularized.
