摘 要:为了探究黄瓜根系生长对不同阈值亏缺复水连续交替灌溉的响应规律,对2013年春茬桶栽黄瓜进行了不同亏缺和复水阈值连续交替灌水处理。结果表明,亏缺处理抑制了根系生长,根系总长与根体积显著减少,根毛生长受到抑制,根冠比升高,根系活力升高,复水有利于根系生长与根毛的生成,根冠比显著降低并保持较高的根系活力;综合得到复水有效缓解水分胁迫对黄瓜根系造成的伤害,并得到最优亏缺复水灌水方式是重度亏缺中水复水处理和轻度亏缺中水复水处理。In order to explore the response law of cucumber root under deficit-re-water irrigation with different thresholds,the experiment was carried out on pot cucumber under different deficit- re-water threshold in the year of 2013.The results indicate that due to deficit irrigation,the length and the volume of root are both reduced,root hairs decrease,and the root shoot ratio and root vigor increase at the same time;the growth of root and root hairs recover since re-water,and the root shoot ratio reduces with high root vigor.Thus the comprehensive conclusions are that damage to root from water stress can be effectively alleviated after re-water;the two optimal deficit and re-water alternative irrigation modes are heavy water stress with moderate re-water or moderate water stress with moderate re-water.
