让法治精神浸润大学校园——全面推进高校依法治校工作的几点思考

摘　　要：党的十八届四中全会作出了全面推进依法治国的重大战略决策。全面推进依法治国具体到高等院校来说就是要依法治校,把教育管理和办学活动纳入法治轨道,这既是学校深化改革的重要内容,也是提升学校治理能力的重要保障。全面推进依法治校,要牢固树立坚持党委领导下的校长负责制、坚持教师和学生主体地位、坚持德治与法治相结合等基本理念,认真落实健全完善学校各项规章制度、推进校务和党务公开、推动全校师生树立法治意识等重点任务。The Party＇s Fourth Plenary of Eighteen Session put forward the strategic decision of extensively managing the country by law,which,in effect,is to manage universities by law when the decision is put into practice in institutions of higher learning,to manage education affairs and operation of the university by law.These are the important contents for deepening the reform at the university and guarantee for improving the management of the university. Extensively promoting management of the university by law is to adhere to the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee,adhere to teacher＇s and student＇s main body status and adhere to manage the university by the combination of moral and law through perfecting the policies and regulations at the university,putting the university and Party＇s affairs open and developing all the teacher＇s and student＇s law awareness.
