十堰市建设生态文明战略思考

摘　　要：生态文明是指人类遵循人、自然、社会和谐发展这一客观规律而取得的物质与精神成果的总和,是对传统文明形态特别是对工业文明进行深刻反思后设计出的满足现代化物质精神需求和可持续发展的文明形态。十堰市位于鄂西北山区、丹江口水库库区,经济欠发达、生态环境良好,根据生态文明建设理念,分析了十堰市建设生态文明取得的成果及建设过程中存在的差距,拟从生态经济、生态环境、生态文化、生态文明支撑体系四个方面来对生态文明建设进行战略思考,提出合理化建议。Ecological civilization refers to the sum of material and spiritual achievements made to follow the objective laws of harmonious development among people, nature and society. Ecological civilization is the design of reflection on industrial civilization aiming to meet the material and spiritual needs of modernization and sustainable development of civilization. Shiyan City is located by the Danjiangkou Reservoir in the mountainous area of Northwest Hubei, with underdeveloped economy and sound ecological environment. This paper analyzes the achievements of Shiyan City＇s eco - civilization construction, and puts forward strategic and rational suggestions on constructing ecological civilization from ecological economy, ecological environment, ecological culture, and ecological civilization support.
