摘　　要：员工培训是提高旅游企业效益的根本保证,能够转化成生产力带动地方旅游经济更好更快发展。在十堰市大力发展生态文明城市的转型期,根据市内旅游企业员工培训近况,就当前员工培训中存在的主要问题展开讨论,立足本市旅游企业实情,提出了若干员工培训创新性策略,促进十堰绿色旅游产业跨越式发展。the employee training is the basic way to guarantee improvement of the interest of tourism enterprises, which can turn into the producing power to help the local tourism economic develop quickly and fast. During the transition of developing the tourism in Shiyan, this essay is to offer creative training strategies for employees to advance the development of Shiyan green tourism industry.
