摘　　要：财务人员的工作强度较高,他们的幸福感应得到社会的关注。心理幸福感的研究是幸福感学科中的前沿性领域。基于我国财务人员的样本数据,借助于验证性因子分析方法,实证性地研究揭示了财务人员心理幸福感的微观结构,发现了心理幸福感的关键影响因素和不足之处,从而为我国财务机构的人力资本开发提供了理论启示。Since the work intensity of financial staff is high, their well - being should get attention of the society. Study on psychological well - being is the frontier field in happiness research. On the basis of the sample data of financial staff in china , this paper reveals the microscopic structure of their psychological well - being with confirmatory factor analysis method, finds the key influence factors and deficiencies of psychological well - being , and thus supplies theoretical enlightenment for the development of human capital of financial institutions in china.
