摘 要:高校教育管理隐性人力资本生成的内在规律,渗透在人才培养的整个过程之中。我国当前这种隐性人力资本生成严重不足,不能适应经济社会发展的要求。高校要把隐性人力资本生成的理念贯穿于教育管理人才培养环节之中,通过知识管理全过程系统地加以实施。不仅要为学生提供社会交往和实践的情境,而且要根据人才知识内化、外化、整合和潜移默化的过程,构建隐性人力资本生成机制,从而有针对性地实施高校教育管理人才的培养策略。The generation of recessive human capital in higher education management has its own inherent rules, involved in the entire process of personnel training. The generation of recessive human capital in higher education management is seriously inadequate, so the personnel training of educational management cannot meet the requirements of economic and social development. Universities should instill the idea of the generation of recessive human capital into the personnel training of education management and systematically implement the personnel training through the entire process of knowl- edge management. Universities should not only provide social interaction and practice situations for the students, but also build the generation mechanism of recessive human capital based on internalizing, externalizing, integrating and imperceptibly influencing talents knowledge. Therefore, we can put forward the well-directed strategies for the personnel training in higher education management.
