摘 要:针对基于气相色谱法设计的甲烷浓度检测仪测量精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于红外光谱吸收原理的零点及线性温度补偿算法,并基于该算法设计了一种可以实时在线检测的高精度红外甲烷浓度测量仪。实验结果表明,在温度补偿前,温度变化越大,甲烷浓度测量误差越大,误差范围为3%-11.5%;温度补偿后,甲烷浓度测量值随环境温度变化很小,误差范围为0~2.5%。In view of low measurement accuracy of methane concentration measurement instrument based on gas chromatography,a zero and linear temperature compensation algorithm based on principle of infrared spectrum absorption was proposed.A kind of infrared methane concentration measurement instrument which has high precision and can achieve real-time online detection was designed based on the temperature compensation algorithm. Experimental results show that, before the temperature compensation,the larger the temperature changes,the greater the measurement error of the methane concentration will be,and the error is in the range of 3%-11.5%;after the temperature compensation,measurement value of methane concentration has minor changes with the ambient temperature,and the error is in the range of 0-2.5%.
