摘　　要：目的:探讨以移动手机为基础的症状管理系统在乳腺癌化疗患者延伸式护理中的作用。方法:90例乳腺癌患者按照患者入院日期的先后顺序单双号分为对照组和观察组,两组在院内均给予乳腺癌化疗护理常规,对照组在每个化疗间歇期给予患者爱心联系卡方便院外联系医护人员,观察组自第2个化疗间歇期开始采用症状管理系统进行护理干预。两组均在每个化疗间歇期进行症状自评量表、一般自我效能量表调查,持续4个化疗间歇期。结果:两组第1化疗间歇期各项基线指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。应用系统后对比两组患者身体症状困扰、心理困扰、活动水平、整体生活质量、自我效能,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :通过乳腺癌化疗症状管理系统的应用,可以有效降低患者身体不适症状的发生,提高患者自我效能,从而提高患者生活质量,为乳腺癌化疗患者提供一种实时高效的延伸式护理服务模式。Objective：To explore the effect of the symptom management system based on mobile phone on transitional care for breast cancer patients. Methods： 90 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into comparison group and intervention group according to the admission date. Patients in both groups received routine nursing when undergoing with chemotherapy. Comparison group was given a Loving Contacting Card at every intermission of chemotherapy to contact with doctors and nurses at any time when necessary, while the symptom management system was conducted on intervention group since the second intermission. The Rotterdam Symptom Checklist and General Self-Efficacy Scale were used to investigate the condition of breast cancer patients in both groups during four intermissions. Results： The difference in baseline indexes was no statistically significant between comparison group and intervention group （P〉0.05）.After the intervention, significant difference between the two groups was found in physical symptom distress,psychological distress ,activity level~ overall valuation of life and self-efficacy（P〈0.05）. Collclusion： The symptom management system could release the physical exhaustion of breast cancer patients and improve self-efficacy as well as the quality of life, and provide effective transitional care to breast cancer patients undergoing with chemotherapy.
