摘 要:目的:探讨护士自我效能对医院获得性肺炎集束策略依从性状况的影响效果。方法:选取80名重症监护室护士分为对照组和干预组,对照组采用常规的关于预防医院获得性肺炎集束化策略的理论知识培训,干预组在此基础上进行自我效能干预,在培训前、培训后、培训后1个月及培训后3个月分别对两组护士的自我效能感及执行医院获得性肺炎集束化策略的依从性进行评价。结果:接受以自我效能模式为框架的培训方案后,干预组自我效能感及执行预防医院获得性肺炎集束化策略的依从性均显著优于对照组。结论:自我效能模式可提升护士的自我效能感并能提高护士执行预防医院获得性肺炎集束化策略的依从性。Objective:To explorer the effect of nurses' self-efficacy on compliance of the bundle in the hospital acquired pneumonia (HAP). Methods: Eighty nurses of the intensive care unit were assigned to two groups, 40 cases in each group. The self-efficacy model was provided for the nurses in the experimental group in addition to routine training. The nurses were investigated with Chinese-vision self-effieacy scale (GSS) and the compliance to implement the bundle of preventing HAP at baseline, 1 month and 3 months after interven tion. Results: The scores of self-efficacy and the compliance to implement the bundle of preventing HAP were significantly higher than those of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after intervention. Conclusion: The self-efficacy model has a positive impact on the nurses' compliance to implement the bundle of HAP.
