摘 要:目的:探讨运用护理服务管理方法在医院住院病区保洁管理工作中的作用。方法:对28个住院病区采用护理服务管理方法对病区保洁工作进行管理,6个月后调查病人和医护人员对保洁服务的满意度,检测病区物体表面微生物。比较护理服务实施方法实施前后医护人员及病人对保洁服务的满意率。结果:护理服务管理方法实施后,病人及医护人员对保洁服务满意率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理服务管理方法用于住院病区保洁服务管理,可提高病人和医护人员的满意率。Objective :To Study the methods of nursing management in cleaning effect management of hospit~ ward. Methods: The nursing management model was carried out in cleaning management of 28 wards. The effect of management was compared with before and after 6 months. Results: The satisfaction rate of patients and medical staffs for cleaning service increased significant "after 6 months (P〈0.05), while all of monitoring item of microbial surface object were qualified. Conclusion: Application of nursing service management on cleaning services management of hospital ward can improve satisfaction of patient and staff.
