摘　　要：结合西北电网中某枢纽区级电网运行现状以及电网同期情况,分析了区级电网独立小电网运行时与主网准同期并列的频率、电压调整方法,提出了确保区级电网孤网运行时的安全稳定运行措施:加强网架结构、加装保护以及同期并列装置;加强对孤网运行的负荷特性的分析与研究;增强调度员对电网孤网运行的事故处理能力。Combined with the operation status of a district hub network in Northwest China Power Grid,this article analyzed the adjustment method of frequency and voltage when a small independent power grid is quasi-synchronizing with the main grid,suggested measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of isolated power grid.Strengthen the grid structure,the installation of protection and synchronization device,strengthen the analysis and research on the load characteristics of isolated network operation,strengthen the processing ability of grid dispatcher in isolated operation accident,these measures are helpful.
