摘　　要：技术标准联盟以制定和推广应用技术标准为目标,技术标准下的专利价值评估和专利筛选是联盟管理重点。设计了技术标准联盟的专利价值评估指标、方法及专利筛选规则,有利于进一步完善技术标准联盟的知识产权管理方法,为技术标准联盟重要专利识别与专利群布局提供有效的支持。The goal of technology standard alliance is to set the technology standard and achieve its wide application, so the value evaluation and screening of patent under technology standard has become the management focus for alliance. This paper designs the patent value evaluation index, method of technology standard alliance as well as the rules of patent screening. This research is helpful for further improving the management method on intellectual property rights in technology standard alliance, and thus provides effective support for important patent identification and patent cluster layout in technology standard alliance.
