摘 要:针对在拆迁过程中遇到的问题,用NETLOGO为工具,使用计算机仿真方法模拟一种拆迁开发商和被拆迁人一对一谈判的拆迁补偿定价方式。通过多次谈判过程和被拆迁人的交互影响,探讨拆迁补偿的金额总和,以及拆迁开发商、被拆迁人群体在拆迁中的满意度,分析了被拆迁人的强硬度对拆迁补偿总金额及各博弈主体满意度的影响。研究表明,被拆迁人的强硬度均值越高,拆迁补偿的总金额越大,被拆迁人群体越发满意;被拆迁人的临界强硬度越高,拆迁补偿的总金额越小,被拆迁人群体越不满意;通过计算机仿真过程进行拆迁补偿决策是一种有效的策略选择。For the situations we met in the urban demolishing process, the paper used the NETLOGO as a tool, with the method of computer simulations to copy the way which the developers negotiate with every dismantled to determine the compensation. Through several times of negotiations and the inter-influences of these families, we try to search the total compensation and the agreements of developers and dismantled. This article anglicized how the tough degree of the dismantled influenced the total compensation. It made the conclusion that the higher the mean value of the tough degree of the dismantled, the higher the total compensation, the more satisfied the dismantled were. The higher the critical tough degree of the dismantled, the lower the total compensation, the less satisfied the dismantled were. It also makes the conclusion that it is an effective way to simulate via computers to defer the compensation in demolition.
