摘 要:知识经济时代,知识作为一种资源在知识市场中进行交易已成为可能。以企业内及企业间知识市场理论为指导,提出面向社会知识资源配置的网络知识市场,试图在市场机制的推动下,促进社会知识资源在企业创新过程中得到优化配置,充分发挥企业的创新主体作用,同时调动社会知识资源主体的积极性。提出知识市场的结构框架,研究不同类型知识产品的信息模型及交易过程,提出基于知识市场的知识资源配置服务框架,进而阐述各类知识产品如何在企业创新中实现配置服务。In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge as resource trading in the knowledge market has become possible. Under the guidance of the theory in internal and enterprises knowledge market, the paper proposed knowledge resource allocation-oriented network knowledge market which based on social knowledge resources, try to in the push of the market mechanisms, promote optimal allocation of social knowledge resources in innovation process, full play the enterprise' s main role in innovation, meanwhile mobilize enthusiasm of the body who has social knowledge resources. Proposed knowledge market structural framework, studied the information model and transaction of different types of knowledge products, proposed knowledge resource allocation framework based on knowledge market, and then described the method different types of knowledge products achieving resources allocation in business innovation.
